We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Area Business Travel Sales Manager to grow corporate business for our Colorado Springs hotels. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with Hilton experience, strong local market knowledge, and a proven ability to build lasting corporate relationships and generate new business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As the Area Business Travel Sales Manager, you will:
• Develop and execute strategic business travel sales plans for multiple hotels.
• Prospect, cultivate, and grow local, regional, and national corporate accounts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline while consistently pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client presentations, site visits, and networking events.
• Negotiate and manage preferred corporate agreements and local negotiated rate accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize account production, pricing strategies, and market share.
• Partner with hotel leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, production reports, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Soartress Hospitality with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in the local business community.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings both experience and passion to the role.
Required:
• Previous Hilton hotel sales experience.
• Business Travel sales experience with a proven record of developing corporate accounts.
• Proficiency with Delphi.
• Experience utilizing Agency360 and Demand360 to identify opportunities and drive strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Hilton sales systems and brand resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Colorado Springs market.
Preferred:
• Multi-property sales experience.
• Existing relationships within the Colorado Springs business community.
• Experience collaborating with Revenue Management and Commercial Strategy teams.

Salary : $58,000 - $85,000
