We’re currently seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue, and representing our hotel in the vibrant Wichita community.
Requirements
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel’s sales efforts — cultivating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring our guests experience the very best Hilton hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and travel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close group and event business.
- Partner with the Director of Sales, General Manager and Revenue Management team to forecast business trends and optimize pricing strategies.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions to expand brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system and provide regular sales reports and updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
