Duties
- Support outside sales teams by coordinating schedules, preparing sales materials, and assisting with client meetings.
- Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new leads through lead generation techniques such as cold calling and networking.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
