Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail and hospitality management best practices
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and complaints to ensure a positive experience
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold our high standards of guest service
Experience
- Previous hotel or resort front desk experience is highly preferred; however, we welcome candidates with strong customer service backgrounds eager to grow in hospitality management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software enhances your ability to excel in this role
