Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper

Status: Non-Exempt

Main Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect guestrooms and public spaces, maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Restock room supplies, ensure guests have everything they need
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols, handle equipment with care
• Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge by sharing new ideas and participating in training sessions

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (desirable)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Consistent in maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
• Presentably groomed and professional at all times

Experience and Physical Demands

Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not mandatory. The role requires you to be active, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Our environment is fast-paced and will require you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
