- Manage overnight front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments in accordance with hotel policies
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shift reports, incident logs, and security checks to ensure smooth handovers
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and perform security patrols around the property to uphold safety standards during nighttime hours
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive guest relations experience
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any room or facility issues that arise overnight
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from various backgrounds
