We're looking for a motivated and professional Banquet Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences at catered events, including weddings and corporate functions. Responsibilities
Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare and restore event spaces by arranging and removing tables, chairs, and decorations according to event plans.
Guest Service: Deliver food and beverages efficiently, respond to guest inquiries and special requests, and clear tables to ensure a clean dining area.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure a seamless and positive event experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 to comply with state alcohol service regulations.
Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Knowledge of meal service and beverage control laws (ABC laws).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
