Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in food safety and hospitality will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure smooth service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while following company policies.
- Keep inventory of bar supplies and report any shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in banquet service or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
