Part-Time Front Desk Guest Service Representative

We are seeking an "Upcoming Leader" on our Front Desk team! This is a great entry level opportunity to help our hotel shine. Our perfect candidate is someone who is looking for growth, is naturally a team player and has high standards for "hospitality"!

Availability requirements: Shifts typically range 8 hours. Shifts may start as early as 630am and end times may end as late as 11pm. We are looking for open availability.

What you will be doing

Provide exemplary customer service at the front desk. You are the first person our guests meet, and the last person they see before they leave our property! You will handle checking in and checking out, as well as phone calls. This position requires strong attention to detail, plus multitasking. In addition, employee and guest satisfaction are large part of this position. Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds and continuously move, bend, lift, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.

The ideal candidate for this position

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front facing or customer oriented role.

· Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not a must.

· Background check and drug test of Washington state illegal substances is required prior to a job offer.
