- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in hotels
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
