What You'll Do
As our Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in increasing hotel and event revenue through proactive sales efforts and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
- Generate revenue through hotel room blocks, meetings, and event sales
- Coordinate and execute meetings, banquets, and special events
- Recommend food & beverage options to maximize event profitability
- Create and update event room layouts and setup details
- Partner with operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, and buffet arrangements when needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service from inquiry through event completion
