YOUR LIFE AS A FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT
As a Food Service Attendant, you greet each guest with a warm smile, take their order, and ensure they enjoy their meal. When not interacting with guests, you can be found setting up and cleaning up the buffet. You set up attractive food displays and provide a variety of options to choose from. Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety are top priorities, and you take care of this by wiping down tables and seats, removing dirty dishes, picking up spilled food, and emptying out the trash regularly.
You provide our guest service manager with a food ordering list to ensure our breakfast supplies are adequately stocked. You carry breakfast dishes, trays, and silverware from the hotel pantry to the service area, so guests can find what they need. Whether guests are travel-worn business travelers or vacationers, you feel good about providing them with the kind of hospitality that they'll remember long after returning home!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- A current food handler's permit and current Servsafe certification or the ability to obtain them
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
