YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SALES AND EVENTS COORDINATOR
As the Sales & Events Coordinator, your day starts with checking in on upcoming events and touching base with your team to ensure all logistics are in place. You collaborate with clients and event contacts, helping plan every detail from room blocks to catering. On event days, you're on the floor, overseeing setup, ensuring guests are happy, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running flawlessly. This flexible, part-time event planning role allows you to stay connected to the heart of hospitality while ensuring every event is a success.
