Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in both housekeeping and laundry services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Weekends are a must.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
• Manage dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring items are treated with care and returned promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when restocking is necessary.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in laundry operations, including familiarity with various washing techniques and equipment.
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is preferred but not required.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to meet guest expectations effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
