This LEADER is responsible for overseeing the overall management and operation of the hotel, along with the General Manager. Uses leadership skills to build/maintain a positive work environment, retain top talent, drive revenues/profit, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Include:
Food & Beverage Management - This position will have direct oversight of Food & Beverage operations; including Courtyard Bistro, Bar, and Banquets. Revenue Generation, Profit Control, Labor Management, Training, Inventory Controls, etc. Strong F&B experience is a must!
Team Culture - Assist GM to create a unique Team-First culture that hires, develops, and retains top talent through communication, coaching, development, respect, fair wages, and fun! We want to be the hotel that everybody wants to work at.
Hotel Operations - Assist GM to lead department managers and team members to efficient, organized, and seamless hotel operations. Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize performance.
Guest Experience - Lead department managers and team members to providing an exceptional guest experience. This position will take ownership of our hotel's GSS scores and goals, ensuring that all team members understand the metrics, are reading guest feedback, and are committed to a great guest experience.
Required Skills Competencies/Skills Required: 3-5 years of progressive service industry management experience required. Must be able to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast paced environment. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within and outside the organization and have the ability to effectively problem solve with all. Must possess strong leadership skills.
Hilton management experience is ideal.
