Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using PEP to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly assistance and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth handovers.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with problem-solving skills, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents.
