What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist guests during with a friendly, professional attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and quiet lobby environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working independently on shifts
