In this role, you'll help prepare high-quality dishes for our restaurant guests and assist with banquet meal prep for conferences and events.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items to order, ensuring presentation and quality meet Hilton brand standards

- Follow recipes, portion controls, and cooking methods as directed
Requirements:
- Current Utah Food Handler's Permit
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking steaks to temperature
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
