- Friendly, positive, and welcoming personality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and be exposed to cleaning chemicals
- Proficiency with computers and property management systems - preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You'll be working full- or part-time during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
As our Front Desk Service Rep, you'll be the friendly person who greets guests as they arrive, checks them in and out of the room, and ensures they have an amazing time staying with us. While reservations come in, you'll assign rooms, block rooms for group events, and accommodate special requests when possible. You'll also collect and process cash, credit, and check payments.
When you're not assisting guests, you'll work on your daily checklist and help out the hospitality team however you can. This includes auditing guest accounts, doing laundry, driving the hotel's shuttle van, maintaining the front desk area, and more. No matter what you're doing, you'll comply with our values and high service standards to ensure every guest has a great time at our hotel!
