We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team!
Our Room Attendants play one of the most important roles in the hotel. You’re responsible for creating the clean, comfortable, welcoming guest rooms that set the tone for our guests’ entire stay. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and works well as part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton and hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean guest room surfaces
- Restock toiletries, coffee supplies, linens, and other guest amenities
- Remove trash and used linens
- Maintain and restock your housekeeping cart and assigned work areas
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or anything unusual in guest rooms
- Properly handle and report lost-and-found items
- Follow hotel procedures for occupied rooms, vacant rooms, and Do Not Disturb rooms
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- Able to maintain quality standards while working efficiently
- Comfortable with a physically active job that requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift
- Able to safely use cleaning products and housekeeping equipment
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
