Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Multi-Property Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations across multiple hotel properties. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, provide outstanding guest services, and support hotel management with administrative duties—all during the quiet hours of the night. Duties

• Conduct thorough nightly audits across multiple properties, verifying all financial transactions and updating property management systems (PMS) such as PEP and Hotel Key.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours, providing friendly and professional service via phone and in person.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor hotel security protocols, emergency procedures, and safety checks to maintain a secure environment.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while managing reservations, client communication, and internal coordination.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with reservation modifications, guest requests, and property updates in a multilingual or bilingual capacity if applicable.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or Hotel Key or equivalent platforms used in hotel management.
• Prior night audit experience preferred, with knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance client communication across diverse guest populations.
• Excellent phone communication skills coupled with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking across various responsibilities such as reservations, guest services, and security monitoring.
