Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Night Auditor at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers, FL. The Night Auditor will handle essential overnight operations, including providing excellent customer service, resolving guest inquiries, managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out procedures, and executing daily financial audits. Responsibilities also include ensuring the accuracy of transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining clear communication with other hotel staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and handling reservations efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with guests and address inquiries professionally
- Experience with cash handling and basic financial reconciliation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage overnight operations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front desk software is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is beneficial but not required
