Hilton Garden Inn Pineville is seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor in Training to join our team. You will train alongside our housekeeping leadership team to learn daily operations, staff supervision, and quality control standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
- Train and support housekeeping team members
- Help coordinate staff schedules and room assignments
- Address guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Monitor inventory and assist with supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
