Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, glassware, and silverware are perfectly arranged.
• Assist with food handling, serving, and replenishing food and beverages during events to ensure timely and courteous service.
• Buss tables promptly after each course or event segment, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Support catering operations by transporting supplies, dishes, and equipment efficiently across different event spaces.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures throughout all duties.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services and addressing any special requests or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth flow of service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Skills

• Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel food service is preferred.
• Ability to buss tables efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations enhances performance.
