Job Description:
The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This overnight position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist late-night guests with check-in/check-out procedures
Perform nightly audit of daily transactions and prepare summary reports
Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve billing issues
Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies in a professional manner
Prepare morning reports and communicate key information to incoming staff
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
