The Hilton Garden Inn Dayton/Beavercreek is seeking a Part-Time PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about preparing great food, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Position Details

• Part-Time Evening Position
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Hilton Garden Inn brand standards and recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and presented with quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory rotation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management.
• Assist with closing duties and prepare the kitchen for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
