Summary

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that delights our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare high-quality meals in a timely manner, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent menu planning skills with creativity in dish presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
