Do you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and providing exceptional guest service? Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center is seeking a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver / Bell Attendant to join our team.
As one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences and delivering genuine Hoosier Hospitality.

This position requires open availability and complete flexibility with scheduling. Our transportation needs are driven by airline crew and guest travel schedules, resulting in varying shifts and hours from week to week.
Availability may include:
- Early mornings
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays
There are no guaranteed set shifts, set days, or consistent weekly hours. The ideal candidate is available to work a variety of schedules as business needs require.
If you are seeking a predictable Monday-Friday schedule or fixed weekly hours, this position may not be the best fit.
Essential Duties
- Safely transport guests between the hotel, airport, and local destinations.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Greet guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, baggage room, lobby areas, and luggage carts.
- Deliver guest requests, packages, and messages as needed.
- Assist with additional guest service responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport guest luggage.
- Dependable, professional, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shift times.
