As a Conference Services House Attendant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who sets the stage for memorable meetings and events. From setting up rooms to ensuring every detail is perfect, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless and impressive experiences for our guests.
Your Role:
As the Conference Services House Attendant, you'll ensure that every meeting and event space is prepared to meet our high standards, and every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Set up meeting rooms and function areas (including tables, chairs, staging, linens, tabletop items, etc.) according to group specifications and hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of all equipment and service areas.
- Set up and manage phone lines and internet connections.
- Inspect set rooms for cleanliness and adherence to group requirements and address any deficiencies.
- Retrieve and stock supplies.
- Refresh rooms, break down, and clean function areas as scheduled.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and requests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the Supervisor.
- Support the delivery of client packages and materials as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of hotel or catering support experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Flexible availability.
