What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stewarding Supervisor (AM Shift) position at Hilton Charlotte Uptown?
The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy a fun and high-energy environment. We are currently seeking a Stewarding Supervisor (AM Shift) to join our team!
**This position is for AM SHIFT/First shift. Candidate must have availability to work from 6am-2:30pm and/or 7am-3;30pm**
Stewarding Supervisor Requirements:
- Ability to supervise others and provide guidance in a fast paced F&B environment and provide guidance and training to Stewarding team members
- Must be able to read Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) and organize duties and tasks based on BEO details and requirements
- Must be able to operate kitchen cleaning equipment to include kitchen dish washing machines
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift and push/pull food transport boxes and dishware carts
- Must be able to follow food safety guidelines, proper standards for operation of kitchen equipment and ability to complete duties within established time frames
- Must be able to complete a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
- Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently

Candidates must be available for AM shift scheduling - 6am-2:30pm and/or 7am-3:30pm. Scheduled days will include weekdays and weekends.
