The bartender is responsible for providing outstanding guest service by taking prompt menu orders, preparing and serving cocktails and beverages, and ensuring high quality of food delivery and guest service.
The ideal candidate for the position is upbeat, energetic and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
Technical Requirements:
- Exceed guest expectations
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Must have full-time availability to work from 10am-5pm and/or 4pm until midnight including weekends and holidays.
- Able to follow beverage recipes, prepare cocktails and assist guests with menu recommendations
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and deliver an exceptional guest service experience
