What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Line Cook position at Hilton Charlotte Uptown?
Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. This role will rotate within hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation and sauté & grill stations. Candidate must have at least one year of Culinary experience.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about culinary excellence. This role is well-suited for an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Candidate must have availability to work a combination of AM and PM shifts.
Technical Requirements:
- Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge of culinary skills and food safety guidelines
- Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
- Guest service oriented mindset

Candidates will need to be available for AM and PM shift scheduling. Scheduled days will include weekdays and weekends.
