We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Balance daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and address inquiries promptly
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to guest or staff calls using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain security by monitoring the premises during overnight hours
- Update reservation systems and ensure all guest information is accurate
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
- Support front desk operations by providing excellent guest relations and service
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hospitality management practices
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and resort/hotel management software is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor, along with good phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest interactions with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
