Job Overview:
Provides excellence in service while checking and guests in and out of the property and responding to inquiries regarding services following our brand standards throughout the duration of their stay. Follows up on any guest issues or concerns that may arise. Provides leadership and guidance to team members throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
