What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Clerk position at HILTON BALLPARK?
To receive deliveries daily, checking for quality and accuracy. Will compile and deliver department orders daily, and will communicate to the purchasing manager when supplies are not available. Will store deliveries using the FIFO procedure. Will assist in Monthly inventories. Maintain a clean and orderly storeroom every day with deep cleaning on Sundays. Order guides are a daily routine that is to be done daily in order to keep good inventory on hand.
