- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Proficiently screen and transfer calls to the appropriate extension.
- Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine warm and friendly manner.
- Maintain the integrity of the guests' privacy, including confidentiality of personal information.
- Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests. Follow-up to ensure the guest is satisfied.
- Maintain knowledge of room types, hotel amenities, features, hours of operation and area attractions.
- Expected to listen to all guest complaints. Properly and professionally handle all complaints and if required, seek assistance from leadership.
- Log guest requests and concerns according to the standard operating procedure. Communicate with departments in a timely manner.
- Logs packages delivered to the hotel.
- Carefully handles all emergency situations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Capability to handle multiple calls along with relaying essential messages.
- Proper knowledge of computer skills, data entry, and word processing
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
