Hotel Security

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property. This role is essential in delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining a secure environment.​

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
• Promote safe work practices among staff and guests.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Accurately document incidents and ensure proper reporting.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.​

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
