We are seeking an experienced Field Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales efforts in construction operations. In this role, you will be responsible for converting specifications into sales, working closely with our salesforce, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and technical competence.
You will also assist in reviewing project specifications and blueprints, provide quotations on specified products, and submit alternates to non-Hilti specifications. Additionally, you will coordinate with salesforce to ensure they capitalize on key opportunities and establish high-level contacts with contractors on assigned projects.
