Lead Logistics and Material Flow to Deliver Seamless Project Execution
The Fulfillment Manager oversees materials, pre-fabrication services, and logistics for Make-to-Order (MTO) projects, serving as a key member of the Project Business core team. What You'll do
- Define and align supply and execution concept per project
- Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g. labelling, packaging, # deliveries, unloading, timing, etc.)
- Check internal capacities and pro-actively proposes alternatives for potential bottlenecks of material
- Contact mainly for internal stakeholders (e.g. delivery planning, jobsite logistics, …) and internal interface for WM, TM, Prefab, Specials
- Project coordination between Field and Logistics functions
- Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, escalation, and collaboration with Project Business Project Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills and de-escalation skills.
- Experience in construction project management
- Supply chain and logistics background
- Knowledge of SAP processes for sales orders, fulfillment and production
- MS Office skills
- Competent and proactive approach to internal and if relevant external customers
- Independent working method
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Hilti product portfolio knowledge as asset
