Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager, Foreman and Site Safety Coordinator as directed.
- Answer and/or make telephone calls.
- Maintain and enhance project tracking files, and logs.
- Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: word processing, photocopying, emailing, mailing, and project based work.
- Time keeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Telephone protocol.
- Highly organized
- Basic knowledge of Construction.
- Software skills are required, including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and Adobe, as well as Internet research abilities, and quality and accuracy of overall work.
