Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
- Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing.
- Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas.
- Support abrasion process under supervision.
- Apply finish coatings as directed.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to travel to other locations.
- Time Management skills.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Safety Procedures
- Communication skills
