You’ll work directly with customers, support installations, and gain firsthand experience with the solutions our sales team delivers every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with hard floor coatings and refinishing projects at customer sites
- Support equipment and chemical dispenser installations
- Work alongside sales professionals during customer visits, demos, and training sessions
- Help deliver and demonstrate cleaning equipment and solutions
- Build relationships with customers through hands-on service and support
- Learn how to assess customer needs and identify solution opportunities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and installation readiness
- Provide occasional warehouse and operational support
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in growing into a customer-facing or sales role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work with tools and in a physical, hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience driving with a trailer (preferred)
