Customer Field Service/Sales Specialist
Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Field Service/Sales Specialist to oversee our Laundry amp; Warewash market in East Hartford, CT.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts
- Conduct on-site evaluations to identify opportunities for improved laundry and warewash solutions
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers
- Recommend and implement solution-based improvements that drive results
- Perform routine service visits and respond to customer needs
- Support sales initiatives and help identify growth opportunities within your territory
What You Bring:
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Interest in growing into a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to solve problems and think critically in the field
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Laundry/Warewash experience is a plus—but we will train the right person
