Pay: $60,000 – $120,000 per year

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM | Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM | Sunday & Monday off
About Us
Hillview Motorsports is Western Pennsylvania’s home for Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki and Indian Motorcycle.
We are expanding into a brand-new facility and are growing fast!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated sales professional who loves connecting people with the powersports lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in-store, by phone, email, and social media leads.
- Match customers with the right unit and deal structure.
- Enter customer and deal data into our CRM and dealer management software.
- Help the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team with credit apps, lender submissions, and presenting protection products.
- Present offers and close sales with professionalism.
- Coordinate pre-delivery inspections with the service department.
- Review the vehicle with the customer during final delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in powersports or automotive sales or finance.
- Passion for riding and enthusiasm for the products we sell.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Knowledge of finance rates, loan terms, and F&I products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with dealer software and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and teamwork across multiple departments.
- Ability to obtain a PA sales license.
Schedule
- Tuesday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM
- Sunday – Monday Off
(Occasional evening hours during peak season.)
