Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted sodas, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages using precise recipes and creative flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Develop new beverage recipes that delight guests and align with current trends in beverage innovation
• Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed meticulously to maintain cleanliness and compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle cashing out customers, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of each shift

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably with fine dining or beverage-focused establishments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Experience in beverage presentation, serving techniques, and food safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Background in retail math, cash handling, catering, or food industry operations is highly desirable
• Previous experience working with diverse customer demographics in a fast-paced environment enhances your success in this role
