Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while providing friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Manage transactions efficiently using Toast POS systems.
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about menu items—including fine dining options—and recommend pairings based on their preferences.
- Thursday-Sunday (nights starting @ 4pm serve or 5:30 bartend) shifts available. Saturday night a must for hire.
Skills
- 2 plus years experience required in bartending and serving within a bar setting.
- Must be RAMP trained within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Expertise in mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving tables and preparing drinks.
- Must be cross trained to both bartend and serve within a scheduled week as both bartending and serving shifts are available.
- Flexible schedule needed as weekend and night shifts are required. All roles are paid positions that support your growth within the bar/restaurant industry—come be part of something exciting!
