HUNTINGTO/WORTHINGTON Outreach Enrollment Worker The Outreach Enrollment
Worker reports to the Director of Community Programs and Medical
Director, with the Navigator Supervisor as advisor. This position will
provide comprehensive health access, case management and information and
referral services to the community on an outreach basis, as well as
provide individual and community education on changes to publicly
subsidized health insurance in accordance with the national Affordable
Care Act. Requirements What we need from you: Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Reliable transportation, as position requires
travel Ability to foster dialogue/relationships among individuals at all
levels and experiences, and grow support for new initiatives Work
independently and as part of a team, and remain flexible as situations
demand Thorough working knowledge of the Pioneer Valley community and
available services Good judgment and tact with sensitive confidential
Information/issues Bilingual, Preferred Experience Providing Rural
outreach preferred Certified Navigator, preferred Completed CHW Core
Competency Training, preferred Competencies and Attributes: You are
willing to embrace challenges, and you are comfortable with uncertainty.
Commitment to working with all populations as well as a commitment to
the health of our communities. Human-centered, strength-based approach
