- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, physicians, and referral sources
- Serve as a liaison between hospitals, referral partners, and the facility
- Manage referral flow, admissions coordination, and community outreach efforts
- Work closely with the financial team to verify insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid eligibility
- Help the facility achieve census and occupancy goals
- Lead and participate in weekly and monthly strategic planning meetings
- Support internal and external marketing programs to strengthen community presence
- Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and outreach strategies
- Help improve inquiry handling, tours, follow-up, and conversion processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the customer and resident experience
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in marketing, healthcare, or long-term care
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Team-oriented with a passion for helping others
