Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents

• Coordinate and oversee nursing care and services on assigned shift

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care

• Encourage restorative care and resident independence

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety

• Support nursing staff to maintain quality standards

• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

• Passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Committed to maintaining a reliable work history
