Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use positive classroom management strategies to guide behavior
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly and effectively with families
- Collaborate with staff to support school-wide goals and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
